All Sales Are Final
We have implented a policy that restricts the return of trading cards that have been opened or tampered with. This policy is rooted in both operational concerns and the unique nature of trading card products. We must implement this policy for various reasons including but not limited to
- Fraud Prevention: Due to the trading card market having a surge in popularity and value, it has become a target for fraudulent products. Some individuals may attempt to purchase, tamper with, or replace valuable cards in the packs before returning which would create a loss for us.
- Product Integrity: Trading card products are sold in sealed packs or boxes, where the contents are not visible. Once the product has been open, the value of the product could significantly decrease. Returns of opened packs poses a challenge in verifying their authenticity or completeness.
- High Resale Value: With the secondary market for trading cards booming, individuals may attempt to return cards after selectively removing high-value items which will further complicate restocking and resale processes. The increasing demand for trading cards has resulted in stock shortages. By restricting refunds, we strive to ensure that the available inventory is sold to genuine customers who enjoy the hobby.
Pricing Errors
Pokestop817 reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders due to errors in the pricing, description, or terms of the product due to system or human oversight.

Shipping and Delivery
- Secure Packaging: Each item is carefully packaged to protect your cards or collectibles during transit. Top loaders, sleeves, and other protective materials are used as needed.
- Accurate Shipping: Your cards and collectibles are securely packaged and shipped promptly, ensuring they reach you in pristine condition.
- Prompt Shipping: We aim to package and ship orders within 1-2 days after the session concludes with the exception of holidays that renders USPS closed.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@pokestop817.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the provided address if deemed acceptable.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 5% fee to cover processing and administrative costs.
